Access to your data is restricted to trusted members of the CDND core team and relevant service providers who are bound by data processing agreements.

  • Email providers (e.g., MailerLite, Buttondown) to send newsletters.

  • Cloud hosting (e.g., Scaleway, Vercel, or Netlify) to serve the website.

  • Analytics providers (e.g., Plausible, Matomo).

All third-party processors are GDPR-compliant and data is stored within the EEA unless otherwise specified.

We do not share data with sponsors, corporate partners, or advertisers unless you explicitly opt in.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes listed in this policy.

  • Newsletter subscribers – until you unsubscribe.

  • Event participants – up to 12 months after the event.

  • Contact form submissions – retained for up to 6 months.

  • Member data – for the duration of your membership or community participation.
